Overbooked practices, generally, so long wait times. Dr. Wildman is rushed, curt, apparently overbooked and denied the dx of skin cancer previously made, for which a referred physician performed excisions. Too many patients for time allotted.
My wife and I are patients of Dr. Laura Melnick (Dermatology) at Weill Cornell Medicine NYC. Dr. Melnick and her entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. We have been with her for years now. Bridgett greeted us for our appointment. She was very friendly and as Dr. Melnick’s assistant was very skilled. We were both treated professionally and had issues that were quickly diagnosed and taken care of in the office. The front desk staff is very nice. I got to my appointment too late due to a terrible mistake MEDICAID RIDE SERVICE GAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS. ONCE THE STAFF UNDERSTOOD MY SITUATION AND THE HIGH INFESTATION OF SCABIES THEY GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. WHEN I LEFT THE CLINIC AND CHECKED MY CHART APP I SAW THE WRONG ONE, without any explanation.
