Updated after several visits: I have had to go to this office several times, and it's never great. I travel over an hour, wait for 90min and the Dr sees me for less than 3 minutes, doesn't even sit down and actually says "you don't have to worry, I'm the one doing the procedure". Another time, a resident needed 2 tries to take out a stent, not the most comfortable experience. When I was not on site, I had to call in twice.
