This dept was the most incompetent, insensitive, with a complete lack of professionalism, that I have ever seen in all my years of going to medical facilities. From the lobby, where they had no idea how to get to the office, and especially to the reception area for the PA Jennifer Hu, they were disinterested, bored looking, had zero compassion and were totally insensitive.
