This is for the ophthalmology department on 12th fl. For some reasons there’s no separate review for this floor. The front desk definitely needs some improvement on professionalism. I went to see Dr. Grace Wang for contact lens fitting and checks. The front office wouldn’t let me have the prescription and said they needed to confirm with doctor because I’m not ordering contact lens at this place. I waited over 20 minutes without an answer and was ready to leave until they called me and asked me to pay for the fitting fee. Th... read more
Patricia that works at the front desk is so rude with a nasty attitude for no reason . She kept cutting me off and giving me sarcasm/attitude over the phone when I was just trying to schedule an appointment. That just made me say never mind and not want to take the appointment. Hire better people .
