This is a great imaging center. The Siemens ct machine is an excellent piece of work. The people who work here are both kind and effecient. The whole place is nicely kept and very clean, even the bathroom. The front staff is friendly and organized and the techs are also very kind and good. Next week, I have an mri and will update after that.

This morning, I arrived about 10 minutes late because of MTA delays on a rainy morning. I checked in when I arrived and then sat waiting for another 20 minutes, only to finally be told that I had arrived “too late” and my appointment was being canceled. If 10 minutes was going to make the appointment impossible, I should have been told that immediately when I checked in, not after being left sitting there. What makes this especially frustrating is that NewYork-Presbyterian has already canceled this same MRI on me twice. One ... read more

I had scheduled an appointment for MRI scanning (specifically the brain). And the experience may not be easy if ifs your first time. However, the staff were very friendly, kind, and respectful which helped make the experience more relaxing and easy to go through. Our appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM, however, we didn’t even have to wait any time and was soon into the process. A well recommended place.

My visit to Weill Cornell Imaging at NewYork-Presbyterian in Lower Manhattan was outstanding. I went in for a mammogram and breast sonogram, and every person I interacted with was warm, professional, and considerate. I was seen within minutes, and the technicians took their time to make sure everything was done carefully. Amanda and Tanzia were especially wonderful, and their kindness made a big difference. Great imaging center, with a fabulous and professional staff. Near Pace University, across the street from the hospital parking lot. Very welcoming and attentive, I definitely recommend it.
