As mentioned by recent reviews I find this place to be an aberration! I cannot believe cornell would allow a facility like this to exist.
This team is so helpful and actively working to help patients as best as they can. I have really appreciated how on top of my insurance authorization they have been and how they have helped to get the approval. I have felt really cared for and helped. It has honestly been refreshing even how helpful this doctors office has been compared to others, which in the grand scheme of things is terrible. Every office should take note of how Weill Cornell works — they are a shining example of what healthcare should always be!
2 men at front desk of Women's Imaging Center, no female option. Was asked to fill out a form full of information that is clearly in my chart. One man chewing gum and checked out. A woman in waiting room on 2!! Video Calls with volume on full blast. Dressing room dirty with 2 gowns available at 2 in the afternoon. A employee came to tell a woman she was sorry for the wait but the doctor was still reviewing her mammogram ( was told repeatedly they no longer did this). Woman said she never even had a mammogram.
