I am rating this facility two stars, as the staff I encountered (radiology techs) were really kind and thoughtful. However, WCM charges abhorrently high rates for radiology. They do offer financial assistance which I need, however after the assistance I am left paying the same net total across all exams that I would have paid anywhere else without assistance (and without the embarrassing ordeal of having to make pleading phone calls several times per procedure). Their x-rate rates are hundreds above other hospitals and clini... read more

My doctor confirmed they did *the WRONG MRI* on me, and produced an absurd report. He said this was "weird". This place is run like a bad factory. A circus of chaos and complete incompetence from start to useless finish: both the staff and the radiologists! There's a merry-go-round of "practice supervisors/managers" (Brooke, Erica, Annette, Colleen, etc) and apparently even the Head Radiologist is too busy to pay any attention to what he's doing. We got charged $3257 for a simple 5 min abdominal ultrasound NOT INCLUDING doctor fee. When people wonder why the health insurance premiums are so insane - this is why. Has nothing to do with the health insurance. Has everything to do with the astronomical prices that hospitals charge for basic procedures that don't even involve am MD.

My visit to Weil Cornell radiology was most disappointing and time consuming. Systems are constant down and it’s impossible to get your images and results on hand. Spent entire week trying to get my child results so they can be evaluated by the Doctor. Still don’t have them. System just does not work Still don’t have the images The doctors are waiting A kid is involved Will never go there again. Wasted so much time

We went once again to the imaging office for my wife to get a scan as ordered by the doctor. The check in was very easy and today she was called in for the scan after only a short wait. About 15 minutes after her appointment. The scan only took about 30 minutes start to walking out the door. An easy day.
