Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The test was done right on schedule, and the results were quickly available in my portal and to my doctor even though he wasn't in the Cornell network. In addition, the staff gave me a CD of the imaging before I left the site. Jan, a customer representative in appointments, scheduled my MRI and was exceptionally helpful. They told me not to do any prep before my procedure - I showed up (4:30pm on Wednesday) and the technician said that my gallbladder was contracted (because I ate) and that I was supposed to fast and may have to repeat the procedure. I said this to the front desk staff (a young Asian woman and a young man) as they're the ones who made the appointment and gave me the information, and their attitude was "oh well".
Horrible - waiting over an hour - will never be back!!!!!
The customer service was excellent during my visit! I walked in and was greeted from everyone politely including the security guard. I was able to get an X-ray without waiting for hours. Jeremy, X-ray tech, was very professional and pleasant during my visit. It is very nice to receive friendly, professional, and excellent service with a smile😀
