I have been going to her for years. She is extremely kind and understanding.
Unprofessional. Just had a video appointment scheduled (3/20/26) with a doctor at this practice (Not Yang) for my 92 year old father but instead it was an assistant. The assistant relayed the information and the doctor refused to get on the video call. Instead this doctor called and was very unprofessional, rude and not helpful. Told her he had been in the hospital and was sent home buy the emergency doctors but they forgot to give him his oxygen prescription. And that's all we needed.
