Very friendly and easy to work with!
I booked Weiler’s highest-tier package ($220 after tax) for a full interior and exterior detail while I was in Walkerton for work. I wanted to support a small local business, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on my experience. Even though I dropped my vehicle off right when they opened at 9 a.m. and didn’t get it back until 3 p.m., the work felt rushed and incomplete. Had my blinds, which were very dirty, cleaned. Was very surprised, and extremely pleased, at how they were able to clean them up. Staff was friendly and I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.
I had an appointment booked and price set to clean 3 bedrooms, foyer, and stairs. The space to be cleaned is a rental unit and the carpets are in good condition other than a few dog spots which is why I wanted them done. After booking and having everything set they called and tried to re negotiate the price because it’s a rental house and tried to tell me the carpets were in bad shape without seeing them. Your reviews may say you do great work but that’s bad business.
