Counseling for couples, families, individuals and children. I work to help create strong healthy bonds in relationships. This can help to reduce stress, conflict and heal from trauma. Sometimes it is hard to say what you mean and have others hear what you are trying to tell them. Because of this I will work with both talk therapy and experiential therapy. Working with experiences in the moment can help say the things that keep you apart especially when it is hard to find the words.
