If you’re serious about getting strong, making lasting change and doing it right - start here! Robert is the real deal. Many people show up to the gym for years and don’t see results. The missing link is that they aren’t pushing themselves hard enough or moving properly. Robert is laser focused on teaching proper technique so that you slowly but surely progress to lifting more weight than you ever thought possible, without it feeling intimidating. His coaching is goal oriented, he’s not going to let you waste your time with ... read more

Robert Santana is the best powerlifting/ Fitness coach I’ve ever had. Helped me go from 225 bench press to 290 x 5 in less than a year. I’m on my way to 315! Lost a good amount of fat and gained 7lb of lean mass too since I’ve been with him. Super easy minimalist approach. No B.S. Straight to what works. Amazing gym is a plus!

I live in WV and have been working with Robert for almost two years online. I dropped in for the day and had Robert coach the barbell lifts in person. He quickly picked up on a couple of things that needed tweaked and gave me cues to use when I got back home. Awesome gym, a terrific coach, and a cool place to meet like-minded people! - UPDATE - I just finished my fourth year of online coaching with Robert and just hit PR's on all lifts. The weight on the bar is going up and my body weight is going down! This stuff works!

I started lifting with Robert five months ago and have never felt stronger! Once I hit my mid-30s, I knew I wanted to focus on strength and longevity, but felt intimidated to start lifting heavy on my own. Robert has made the process approachable, and fun while working with my ever-changing schedule. I’m so glad I started this journey with him!

Love the gym! Top-tier private training facility. If you want a true bodybuilder physique and a space that supports heavy, structured lifting, this is the place to be 💪🏼
