Wonderful experience! From the moment you step in the front door until you leave, the level of customer service is phenomenal. Every detail pertaining to guest comfort has been well thought out and staff goes out of their way to make sure you are put at ease. I was a little apprehensive about floating prior to arriving, but after Greg Ellis explained the entire process, it made it so much easier to relax .
