Covid19 has made a difference in the change of things for us all. With limitations, reservations for studio visits and the use of technology which isn't afforded to all, makes it hard for some, not all. More than likely I'll switch to the online plan, but I have thought long and hard about canceling my membership. I've had great success and time will only tell what my decision will be.

There are different leaders at different times whose personalities help give you choices. An excellent program, easy to “master” within a few weeks. Statics show that the most successful members attend meetings — and this location provides you with all the tools you need to work within your own culinary traditions. Of course, that means real food as you see it every day and allowing for your favorite foods.
