I had to attend a Wednesday night meeting because my normal visits to WW are on Thursday afternoon and today of course is Thanksgiving Day. I try to insure I make a meeting each week because I enjoy the social aspect of trying to attain goals together. Hearing stories about each others experiences helps deal with issues such as cravings and eating out and when visiting friends or family who put out lots and lots of food. I absolutely loved the meeting, gave me hope and encouragement to go that extra mile.
I just wish they were open so that they could answer questions regarding the program. I have been there several times and all the doors locked up and lights off, NO ONE EVER THERE.
