Love the Wednesday early morning meetings. Have done we before but the new point system works.
It's the best program I've ever joined because of our leadership and those in the class! We, who are part of the Tuesday morning class truly support and challenge each other everyday! I've lost 130.4#s so far!
I really love the Thursday evening group. The leaders are upbeat and compassionate. I miss seeing them while recovering from surgery. The diversity in the meeting attendees and the lack of focus on just shallow appearances really makes a difference for me. This program and these people appeal to my mind, which is how to keep me engaged.
Love the WW group on Sunday morning. Everyone is so supportive.
