Absolutely! Best thing I ever did for me. You have nothing to loose, except the weight and everything to gain, a healthier body a healthier mind.
I love my Fri meeting at 10 am. We offer great support to each other. Here's the dessert I talked about today 2 cups non fat greek yogurt, 1 can DRAINED pineapple, and 1 package SF Jello pudding vanilla. It's delicious!!
Well lost 3 pounds this week and down 16 pounds. I am so excited with my weight lose
I have been attending WWE at Hamilton for over 2 years, became a lifetime member a year ago. I hold all staff in the highest degree, they make this difficult journey a lot easier .
