Love love this meeting, a lot of great people and love Sydney our speaker. In 2005 I lost 53 pounds over the years I have put on about 20 back but had to get back to Weight watchers because it always works for me
I have tried Weight Watchers a couple of times in the past. It was all to much work but with the newer version, I started a few weeks before Freestyle, it is almost fun. Okay it is fun. I love the app. It is the thing that makes WW a successful endeavor for me. I have lost 30+ lbs since 9-6-17 pretty much pain free. I like having zero point foods though I do track everything. To those that say the miss the Old Weight Watchers I'd really love to tell them to give it a chance. It's so much better now once you get use to it.

I love weight watchers!! The app helps me decide if food is worth eating before I eat it. I track everything and follow the plan and I've lost every week but one. This is the best eating life style out there!
