I have been gone for a few months, Sunday was my first day back and I was so happy to see Sylvia back in the saddle. Although she was not the Leader she was still present and to me that is inspiration enough. Visalia WW 8:00 a.m. weigh in and 8:30 meeting.
Our leader Bob is very insperational. He tells it like it is. Love the Monday noon meeting. Could not have gotten this far(35lbs) without the meetings.
Great place and an awesome support team.
