My weight watchers meeting keeps me on TRACK and provides the support that I need weekly.
Sheri is great as a motivator and the Saturday 9:30am group is very active when asked to participate in discussions. I look forward to my 4 weeks down here and proud of myself for making the effort to find a meeting so as not to slide while I'm enjoying the sun and fun of Florida! ⛳
I was a leader there and I loved the staff! Wish I would hear from someone there. I'm below my goal weight for sure still watching points. If I could only be a Leader again?
