I love going to the workshops. Hearing others experiences. Getting pointers. The app is awesome for tracking points and activities. you can create your own receipes to see how many points they are. Its just great!

My weight watchers meeting keeps me on TRACK and provides the support that I need weekly.
I was a leader there and I loved the staff! Wish I would hear from someone there. I'm below my goal weight for sure still watching points. If I could only be a Leader again?
