I love this place and all the people that go on Wednesday nights! I have lost 45.6 pounds since joining 4 months ago and I blame Lydia. Haha. She is a great leader who is inspiring and does a great job at keeping it real.
We are so very fortunate to have such a large group of people willing to come together to help each other be successful in their weight lost journey. We are also fortunate to have such a motivational leader. There is no limit to what we can accomplish together.
