Healthy way to lose weight!!!
I am so pleased with my weight loss. I started 3 weeks ago and have lost more weight than I have ever before. The group is awesome so friendly and encouraging. The program is easy to follow with the app!
The support is astonishing! You feel that you are a part of a team who is willing to help you!! You can eat & lose weight!! There is no food that you cannot eat!! The program will help you understand the importance of food portions. The recipe ideas are another way of putting variety into you meals! You will meet someone who will become a partner or a life long friend!!

Very welcoming! I am a Lifetime member and haven’t been to a meeting in 4 years! Staff was very nice and welcomed me back!
