Love it ..everyone is so nice and helpful..I love the location and also the fact that they have so many meetings through out the week
not enough hours. no communication when location is closed and not operating at regular hours.
Need to be aware of the auto billing and the poor phone customer service. Rep disconnected my call after being on hold for 10 mins and I had to call back and was on hold for another 15 mins.

I have been attending meetings weekly since December and cannot say enough positive things about the store, staff, and meetings. A special shout out to the leader. Terry is motivating, professional and relatable. I’m truly appreciative!!!!!

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to obtain information about the program and she kept referring to the cost as if I was unable to afford it. I wouldn't have walked in if I couldn't. Wasn't expecting the program to be free. She was also unable to explain the program. I joined the program online and I absolutely love it . Due to my results 2 of my friends went join and she did the EXACT same thing to them so they also left . She definitely needs to revisit her customer service training... read more
