I simply love the new and revamped program. No counting calories, simply stay within your allotted points. I find it very helpful. I also love going in weekly for my weigh in. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. It truly is a no judgment zone where successes or failures of the week can be shared. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is really thinking about starting over one more time. You can do it too, I believe in you.
