I have found this to be the best way to loose weight and keep it off. Jena is our wonderful leader! We meet Saturday morning at 8am. We call our group 8 o’clock rocks and we are all rockers supporting each other. So glad to be a WW member and know I am not alone in my quest to be healthy!!

I love attending the Friday meeting with Vera Rosenow as well as the crazy group of people who also attend this meeting. They are fun, inspiring, and supportive. We are on this journey together.

I recommend that you go. The plan is so easy. The people you meet there all have a similar goal as you would. Which is get healthy, look and feel better. My Leader is so great. Jena and Diane. If you have questions they can answer them for you. You never feel uncomfortable or pressure into buying things. Really it's a economical to go. SO JOIN. I go to the one at Patton Creek in Alabama. I hope to see a lot of new faces next meeting and hope one is YOURS. Have a great day.
