This week the topic is "Be kind to yourself" At the Sunday 10am meeting, we discussed ways that Weight Watchers has taught us to be kind to ourselves. One member said, "I think the whole program is designed to help us be kind to ourselves."
Love my Wednesday group as well as Elle ‼️
I have been going to the meetings here are wonderful Elle is Great ,she helps us to reach for our goals I have iost 51lbs and feel wonderful and still losing , come and join us.
Wednesday meetings at 12:15 are great with Elle! She leads by her example. We have a good group that is willing to share best practices. We try to encourage each another on our journey. It's a fun meeting and a "happy" group. Thanks Elle for caring!
