I have tried WW several times in the past. The first time was 2001 and I lost 40 lbs. why I ever stopped believing and following the program I will never know. I have tried a million other diets since. Some work short term lose weight gain it back repeat. Now that I am almost 56 years old it is more about being healthy for me. Great insight from the leader, wonderful sharing from the people in the green seats and most of all I take that motivation thru the next week! Great friendly staff. Love them!
I find the support and insight at the meetings to be very beneficial to me. The leaders are genuinely concerned about my weight-loss journey and offer support and advice based on their personal experiences. I've tried Online only, but for me, I need the weekly accountability!
I love the Friday class and Saturday’s!!! The leaders are awesome!! Always so helpful. It really helps me stay focused
