RecommendedI have been going it alone with trying to diet and exercise, but just couldn’t get my weight down. It was starting to affect my health, my blood pressure was high, my feet were hurting. My Dr. suggested WW. I come to the Saturday morning workshops now for the past year and a half. I’m down 26 pounds and love my weekly gathering to share what is working for me or to ask for help with something I struggle with. The team is friendly and kind. Come on in if you need some help getting healthy!
Freestyle is a great program for living your best life. The workshops are so valuable and the coaches and staff are terrific. You can also get great info from members.
