RecommendedI would recommend WW because it works if you are willing to work it. I get so much support when I walk through those doors as well as in the app. The leaders and coaches are excellent do to the fact that they have walked in our shoes. They fully understand every phase of this journey because they have been on it. The support and camaraderie of the members as staff is very helpful to getting anyone to their goal.

Ww in Middlebrook Plaza is a welcoming place. The staff is friendly, helpful and supportive. The Freestyle program great - it's a lifestyle not a diet and it is reeducating me.
