The plan works if you work the plan. I put my energy into it and was rewarded with losing the weight I needed to. The support of my WW buddy and meetings are tremendous assets to my journey.
It’s a very empowering thing. Control and binge eating issues have lessened. The APP is VERY good. Helps give me healthy power
