They do an excellent job helping you lose weight as well as maintain your weight loss. If you gain some weight back, they will coach and work with you to get your weight back down to your goal weight. Best weight loss program I have done. They use optifast shakes in conjunction with regular food to help you get the pounds off and keep them off! I highly recommend it!!
