I started my fitness journey with WLI Fitness & Coach Dewan about 3 weeks ago. I'd lost about 35 pounds by walking alone prior to joining. I felt like I needed direction in working out because of a cervical & lumbar stenosis and degenerative disc issue that my 3 doctors feel that I need surgery for. I have really bad plantar fasciitis and in just three short sessions with physical therapy at WLI its feeling better. It's not cured but I definitely feel a difference.
