I was recommended by a friend as they do both bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and weight loss. I am on a GLP-1 med for weight loss, and combined with HRT, I feel amazing and more like myself. I really appreciate how attentive and responsive the providers and staff are. I needed to lose 15 lbs and wanted to try a more holistic approach than just taking an an appetite suppressant. I chose Embodied Wellness for this reason and am so glad I did. I am working with a nurse practitioner and a life coach and feel totally supported and motivated to reach my goals.
