I have been with WEIGHT LOSS FOR LIFE and karen (my coach) since January 16/24. This program and more importantly Karen has literally changed my life. Unlike so many “diets” the Science and research backing this particular weight loss program is like no other! The progress I’ve experienced and the “over the top”on going positive reinforcement from my coach has truly givin me a brand new outlook on my life, my health and my overall well being! This one isn’t just for now, it’s weight loss for life
