DIETS DON'T WORK! I came to Dignity after already going on 500cal restrictive diets, Phentermine, an array of shots, WW programs, nothing worked for me, not even weight loss surgery worked! Dignity Weight Center works with you by understanding where you're at and cultivating a shared understanding of your goals. The PA-C who worked with me was Alejandra Delgado. She's helped me better understand my behaviour and offers sustainable weekly action items. I can feel an internal shift with respect to my approach towards eating and managing stress around weight gain. My Tufts insurance completely covered our sessions.
The clinicians at this clinic are different. It started off well, but then the clinician changed and I ended up with Lianna. She made me feel uncomfortable and came across as unprofessional. It felt like she was just trying to fill the 30-minute slot to get the appointment over with.
This place is really good. The people here are amazing years ago before I went into high school that helped me lose 60 pounds. I’m now like 140 trying to get down till like 120. The people here are so nice. I use this place after Jenny Craig closed. Really helping me get back on track. I’ve already lost 10 pounds so far
Sketchy af. Online form asks what type of insurance. I chose mine. They texted multiple times multiple days with conflicting deadlines to have full questionnaires complete or my appointment would be canceled. 10 pages and one annoying YouTube video later, I’m informed they don’t take even my type of insurance (which was clearly relayed before needing to answer 10 pages of Google doc).
