Very freindley
They hate women drivers and will give women tickets before men drivers. I know from experience and what I saw.
Extortion
It's a commercial, state and city police weigh station for commercial truck traffic at a busy intersection. Yeah I pulled into the weigh station to stand on the scale to see if my home scale was accurate. If was off by several tons but not over. No fines today. Who can ask for anything more.
