Tried to get an appointment, specified the therapist I wanted to see. She called right away, set up a tentative appointment and said she would email documents. Never received the email, no return calls when I tried to contact her at the office phone extension. Thanks for wasting 3 weeks. if someone is calling for an appointment, chances are they need help - very unprofessional not to call back and as therapists, they should know how that affects someone who needs help. Very poor in general. Counselors never return calls even in crisis, and then instead of being neural they take sides, Goes against the parent when doing therapy on a teenager.
