I needed new windows for my office space and they called me as an official Anderson installer. The estimator Mark came and measured my windows twice. The order was put in and never heard back from him and had to chase him down to get an install date. Once the windows were here the installer found out the Mark measured wrong( The installer was polite and helpful). This was already a few weeks after Mark had said the windows would be here.
