I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience/concerns after purchasing a used Toyota Highlander from this dealership. To start, my interactions with staff members were initially friendly and professional. The sales process itself was pleasant, which makes this review even more disappointing to write. Jordan, josh and emma had me in and out within 2 hours, traded my truck in for a new unit, jordan even came to my house with me to help me remove the sled deck and aftermarket wheels on my trade while in his fancy salesman cloths in 32 degree weather, i couldn't be more impressed by there efficiency and willingness to help, Emma helped me get get a killer interest rate and money back for my extended warranty's within minutes and what not, josh was a killer sales manager, i couldn't recommend them enough.
