My God! Weidner Memorials is located in Highland, New York. First, let me say a big hearty thank you for their phenomenal job on my late mom, Rosetta Danhi's headstone. Her headstone is exquisite. Weidner Memorials did an amazing job engraving my mom’s headstone. I was so lucky to receive same day service, when another memorial establishment in Hyde Park told me it would take months and wanted advanced payment in full. The work was done quick/efficiently and came out so perfect and clean and at a fair price too. I’m very impressed with the service I received. I’m so glad I chose Weidner.
I highly recommend Weidner Memorials. Kurt took the time to help me in a very stressful situation with another company. He made it easy and was very compassionate. His prices and workmanship are outstanding. Don’t go anywhere else. He works hard to make your memorial perfect and always answers the phone. Wonderful company! Beautiful work.
Worst experience of any kind for customer service. The owner of Weidner Memorials was argumentative, impatient and said that my questions were a waste of time. He was also vague about the date the work would be completed. Not at all the treatment a grieving family needs or would expect. I found another local engraver who easily answered my questions, charged a lower price and did a beautiful job completed within 2 weeks of our order. I received a photo of the completed work while the contractor was at the cemetery.
