You will lose faith in this company for two reasons: rude front office staff who dishonestly say they will call back and never do AND what seems to be a very lax attitude about meeting deadlines. They will string you along and really don't care if you are inconvenienced. While I was waiting at the office on the day taxes were due, an employee mouthed the words to me "This office is BAD." as if to apologize. I do not even want to give them 1 star, I want to give them a -1 star if I could. We have been getting our taxes done here for years, and in the past I would have even given them a +5 star rating. The last few years however have been quit a different story, starting off with not calling us back, not answering questions, not letting us know what was going on with our tax returns, etc., just plain old horrible customer service.
