The building is kept clean, reasonably priced and in a great location. My son however has been accused of behaviors he did not do. One actual infractions he admitted to was smoking on his deck versus 50 feet from the building, before clearly understanding the rules. He has not since repeated this. Rent has always been on time and the apartment kept up. Yet we just received notice that they would not be renewing the lease. When asked for an explanation, I am accused of harassing them. Lack of parking,. Many cars who leave their cars in prime parking spots for weeks at a time, some folks without a handi-cap sticker park in handi-cap only parking, management does not care. Management only cares about someone who may or may not be smoking on the property and nothing else. The few tenant activities they have had are poorly prepared and staffed and many times run out of food.
Mario and Ronna are the absolute best. The main issue is parking. It seems the only concern management has is getting to 95+ occupancy with no regard for how many parking places exist. There are one bedroom apartments with two people and two cars, where do they park? Some cars stay in the same place for weeks at a time and no one cares.. There are some cars with either no Texas inspection sticker or expired inspection sticker and of course lots of cars with out of state plates.
After living in midland tx and living at the cypress point apartments. Website photos very outdated.water off almost daily. Pool closes during hot days of summer.countertops painted in kitchen, bathtub painted,. Not impressed by weidner.and Midland-Odessa is overrated.rents are way over priced for a hole in the wall city

I sent the Management office my policy via Email plus, my insurance company sent copies of the policy to all parties on the policy. This week, I was charged $50.00 for not having insurance. again, I forwarded the copy of my policy to the management showing proof I did in fact have renters insurance with no lapse in coverage. I was informed that I w... read more
I recently renewed my lease for the third year. I renewed my renters' insurance through my insurance company during the renewal process. I emailed a copy of the document to the office as they requested. My insurance company informed me they sent a copy to all parties listed on the new policy. This month I was fined $50.00 dollars for not having renters insurance. I once again emailed a copy to the office that showed I had purchased the required insurance prior to my new lease date. I have been told, I will not be refun... read more
