Went in for a routine oil change and serpentine belt replacement, pretty average repair. The wrong size serpentine belt was put on, fell off my car within a month of service. Guys didn't seem like they knew what they were doing, or were intentionally being negligent when all it takes is a Google search and a pit stop at any auto parts store to get the correct belt.
