In there today to purchase a surge protector. Picked the one that had a big red tag that wow great price. Was supposed to be $15.99. Rang up at $21 and change told them that the tag said $15.99. The response was oh well it rings up as $21. So then I tried to use $5 coupon and it would not take it. WTH honor the price that is on the rack. Went to Tractor Supply and bought one and the price was the same as the tag imagine that. Very disappointed.
Love my hardware store!! Friendly and always have what I need!!
Pretty disappointed that this store doesn't honor its coupons. Why have coupons? 2 unhonored coupons in two days... at least offer me a gift card for the $20. Don't send me away twice with- "sorry, we haven't been able to get that coupon to work for anyone in Oct" I spent over $100 at your hardware store.
