We placed an offer on a property and we were told it was accepted. We waited several weeks for Linda to prepare the contracts as the original realtor had family issues. Linda never returned any phone calls or emails from our agent. We moved on and bought another home and are quite happy. Shame that those owners lost a lot of money as that property recently sold for 28k less than we offered. Caldwell Banker rocks!
I want to take a minute to RAVE about Adrienne, Danny, and their boss Linda! My Husband and I recently contacted Weildel Real Estate interested in renting a property. Adrienne is the realtor who contacted us back. This woman has gone above and beyond for us. She took the time to show us every property we asked to see, and there were A LOT! Let me start by saying this review is not in reference to the location. It is specifically about real estate agent Diane Carey-Stanko is the WORST realtor i have ever dealt with, upon searching for a home for 5 months and dealing with a realtor prior to her whom was AMAZING. This has been unfortunately a poor experience with Ms. Carey-Stanko, after speaking to Ms. Carey-Stanko a month ago and reaching out to her on several different occasions to follow up on our search she simply did not reply other then to have us pay fees ... read more
