I worked with a Ukrainian real estate agent from this agency, however, she didn’t want me looking at older homes or anything in my price range. She said that the owner of the firm is also a builder and that he has some homes for sale instead.
Realtors from this agency not properly disclosing a significant material defect in a property they listed/sold is going to cost many thousands of dollars for us (buyers) to repair and/or litigate before we can sell. Caveat emptor.
