Whole staff is very unprofessional, they don't return phone calls in the 1-3 business day time frame like stated on their website , then if you call them out on it and finally get in touch with someone they automatically deny you due to their big egos . The credit/approval team needs to go back to school or get some extra training cause they have no clue what they are doing . 0 of out 10
The Weichert property management team has been very supportive and responsive. The team is available for all of the boards questions with helpful answers and resource suggestions.
