投诉贵诊所前台徐姓工作人员。 我于一周前预约六月七日上午十一点就诊。结果当天在我提前近一个小时到达的情况下，也就是苦等一小时之后，竟然被告知还需要延后至少一小时才能就诊。 也就是说，我提前一周预约的时间难道贵诊所只是当作儿戏吗？而且每个人都有自己的时间安排，照你们这样对预约毫不负责的态度，难道不担心耽搁病人的其他重要事项吗？你们的预约工作难道就是走过场敷衍一下吗？那前台的预约的意义又在哪里呢？ 关键就在我就这个问题向前台提出异议时，那位姓徐的小姐自称是当天的负责人，态度傲慢，好像自己混乱的预约工作就该病人自己承担一切后果，她的态度不言自明，就是说——我们客人多的是，你爱看不看，要么继续等，要么走人…… 我几乎是贵诊所最早的一批客人，也见证了你们规模不断的壮大和发展。但是在规模扩大的情况下，在服务方面不应该更仔细一些吗？你们的预约每天就没有人数的限制吗？搞成预约形同虚设，而且对客人造成的时间耽搁听之任之，满不在乎。这样的负责人恳请多多自我反省，对诊所，对她自己都只会有好处
