I researched on Google, of course, and found this outstanding acupuncturist, Wei Zhang. She listens to you, she is empathetic and sympathetic. I highly recommend going here for any issues you may have. I think she is outstanding!
The service was good, but poor customer service. She had no patience to listen or explain anything she kept saying she didn’t have the time. Bad attitude. Will continue my treatment somewhere else.
Dr Wei Zhang is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond for even a prospective client. While seeking an acupuncture session she explained to me that insurance may help cover some of the cost. She then did the research herself to see what i was entitled to. Dr Zhang offered options for alternative treatments for my ailments and was thorough in her explanations. Chinese Healing Art is very special and dear to my heart. After almost 2 years here I have a better understanding of my fibromyalgia and OA. From frozen shoulder to a full range of motion in a matter of WEEKS!! Acupuncturist Vivien from Chinese Healing Art came highly recommended, so I decided to give it a try and set up my first ever acupuncture appointment. I am so grateful I did! Vivien is very knowledgeable about her practice. As of my first visit, I could barely lift my arm to a 45-degree angle due to a long-lasting frozen shoulder. By seeing Vivien regularly over the past several weeks, I'm am now back to a full range of motion! Highly recommend.
